I contacted Lone star cleaning to get standard cleaning of my 2 floor home. Nikki did a great job coordinating the availability at a preferred time of my choice in a short notice. Would Use Again! I hired Lone Star to do a deep clean / move-out clean for a home that had been vacant for about 6 months. The previous tenants had done a move-out cleaning before they left, but in the interim timeframe, the home had accumulated a lot of dead bugs, dust and mineral deposits. The initial scheduling was very easy. Nikki texted me almost immediately after I requested information online, and then we had a very pleasant phone call to make sure that we both understood what was needed/wanted and what would be provided. I had coordinated their arrival to coincide with several other contractors who were working on the property that day. On the day of our appointment, they contacted me first thing in the morning to let me know the scheduled cleaners were out sick that day. After I explained the time constraints, they quickly found another to take their place, which I really appreciated. The home to be cleaned was 3 levels and about 2500 square feet. Though it wasn't particularly dirty, there was a lot of area to cover. During our original conversation, Lone Star indicated they would be sending a team and I should expect 4-5 hours of work. However, only one cleaner showed up. I do appreciate she arrived 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, even on short notice! After a quick walk through, she debated calling another cleaner to help her, but decided against it. I wish she had, because around the 8.5 or 9 hour mark I had to cut her off as I had other places I had to be. This meant that the toilets were not completely descaled, though she had done an initial cleaning when she first arrived to get the easy stuff. After I locked up the home, the cleaner and I left at the same time. I was not even 10 minutes down the road when Nikki called me back, asking how they could return to complete the job or make things right. She was incredibly kind and considerate and seemed to genuinely care that the service wasn't completed. At the end of the day, we came to an agreement for charges that satisfied us both, and even though the cleaning wasn't 100% complete, I was still satisfied with what did get done as well as their commitment to customer service. Overall, a very good experience and I will use them again.

I will definitely use this company again. Cleaner was very kind and did a great job. They took their time and were thorough. There were circumstances that made it so we had to change the appointment and it got delayed. Those circumstances were not anything anyone could do about.
